Bold as a winter night and smooth as its final glow, Midnight Ember combines Uganda’s robusta strength, Mexican Liso decaf’s cocoa sweetness, and Liberica Mbazi’s rare fruit warmth. This dark roast offers a long, elegant finish of dark chocolate and oak. Perfect for espresso, cold brew, or slow reflection by the embers.
Our Roaster Note: Our bags of this coffee blend contain no additional flavors; If you choose, additional flavors may be added at the drink preparation stage. Avoid sugar-heavy syrups; the Robusta-Liberica base carries ample sweetness on its own.
