When you place an order, our system will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on product availability, destination, and the shipping method you select at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on service level, location, and external conditions.
Shipping rates are determined by package weight, destination, and carrier selection. The weight of each product is listed on its detail page. In accordance with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound for rate calculation purposes.

Pneuma Java Return Policy
At Pneuma Java, we are committed to your satisfaction and the excellence of every roast we deliver. Because roasted coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns of any whole bean or ground coffee product once it has left our facility. However, your happiness matters to us. If you are dissatisfied with your coffee for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team at sales@pneumajava.com or (616) 970-8383 within 15 days of your order date. We will review your concern and work with you toward an appropriate resolution: replacements, credits, or other mutually agreed upon remedy.
