Sidamo’s clarity and floral complexity shine brightest without any additives. Its natural sweetness and smooth texture are products of careful washing and slow drying under the Ethiopian sun. For best results, brew as a pour-over or Chemex to accentuate its aromatic structure and crisp finish.
