Brewing Recommendations:
Coffee to Water Ratio: approximately 2-3 tablespoons per cup of water for desired strength
Small pour-over (2–3 servings) - 1/2 cup coffee per 2 to 3 cups of water (198-202* F). This highlights the brighter notes of the single-origin.
Drip coffee maker (8 servings) - 1/2 to 1 cup coffee per 8 cups of water depending upon desired strength of the brew (198-202* F). This is an easy drinking daily coffee.
French Press (1 serving) - 3 tablespoons coffee per 8oz of water (198-202* F). A full body cup of coffee with a comforting chocolate finish
