For those who want to enjoy the full flavor of specialty coffee without the full caffeine kick, our Liso Half-Caff Series offers the best of both worlds. Each blend combines our base of Liso Swiss Water® Process Decaf, renowned for its clean, chocolatey base, with your choice of any of Pneuma Java’s ten primary single origins. We have found that Liso plus any of our coffee's creates a whole new flavor experience from either original coffee. This flexible approach means you can enjoy the vibrant fruit of a Kenyan Lenana, the sweet complexity of Rwandan Cyesha, or the rich chocolate of Ugandan Mount Elgon, at more or less than half the caffeine. Perfect for afternoon cups, evening conversations, or those easing into lighter caffeine consumption.
Brewing Recommendations:
Coffee to Water Ratio: approximately 2-3 tablespoons per cup of water for desired strength
Small pour-over (2–3 servings) - 1/2 cup coffee per 2 to 3 cups of water (198-202* F). This highlights the brighter notes of the single-origin.
Drip coffee maker (8 servings) - 1/2 to 1 cup coffee per 8 cups of water depending upon desired strength of the brew (198-202* F). This is an easy drinking daily coffee.
French Press (1 servings) - 3 tablespoons coffee per 8oz of water (198-202* F). A full body cup of coffee with a comforting chocolate finish
